Workshop activities and format
For the upcoming group discussions we will use the open space format which is governed by the "law of 2 feet". Either the foot of engagement gets fed or the foot of interest gets fed. If neither gets fed you move to another group. This ensures high energy and valuable discussions. The input and topics for these discussions will be the presented lightning talks, the submitted papers and the opinions and ideas of the participants.

Groups
All submissions will form the architecture for the discussion, which will focus on providing concrete, experience-based yet theoretically valid answers to a subset of the questions raised in the workshop topic list.
The day will be spent in break-out groups, each group focusing the selected short list of questions to be answered.
Post-workshop activities
- A poster will be presented in OOPSLA to summarize the findings of the workshop.
- The results of the workshop will be presented at an open presentation to the software industry in Ireland.
- The results will be presented to the LYIT, University College Dublin and University of Kuwait through the research seminar series.
- The results will be presented to consulting companies with representatives in attendance at the workshop.
